Crafted With Discipline

Inspired by the earliest recorded gin recipe of 1495, Bosley is distilled in traditional copper stills and refined using an uncompromising hearts-cut method.  

Only the first, finest 20% of the distillation is taken.
Everything else is set aside.

This approach sacrifices volume for purity — producing a spirit of exceptional smoothness and depth.

A refined balance of juniper, sage, galangal and grains of paradise shapes the flavour profile: honey on the nose, crisp citrus on the palate, juniper structure at the centre and a lingering whisper of spice on the finish.
